So I have never done a blog post like this before and when Katelyn James from Katelyn James Photography suggested doing one during a class I am currently taking I knew it was an awesome idea! Especially since I run my business on personal marketing and am all about creating community instead of just customers. If you didn’t know about me, then there wouldn’t be anything we could relate to or a connection! So here we go…. Can any of you relate with any of these?
10 things you didn’t know about me:
1. I hate to cook! I think this is a good thing in my case since I have almost burned the house down twice trying it.
2. Chocolate is my weakness. I AM ADDICTED!
3. My favorite color is purple! Second favorite is teal! (You could have probably already guessed that one from my website, blog, or facebook? )
4. I am originally from Kentucky and have a southern accent! EVEN THOUGH I think I don’t have an accent..other people say I do have one) haha
5. I have poked my left eye out with tweezers and cut it so deep that I almost lost all vision in that eye. Which is the eye I shoot with! So grateful to God that I can still see and do what I love!
6. When I was 16 Nsync and Backstreet Boys posters covered my walls. Confession: I still listen to their songs sometimes when I edit.
7. My TV & Movie crushes: Ryan Gosling & Shemar Moore
8. I didn’t start out in photography. I actually went to College at the University of Pikeville and majored in Biology & Psychology.
9. If there’s a small patch of ice in the biggest parking lot EVER…I will find it. I’m just that clumsy. Really helps to get some laughs during photo shoots!
10. I stutter when I get super nervous!
