Favorite Things: Fitness- Zumba

One of my favorite things is Zumba! 🙂 A few months ago I hit 210lbs and I was shocked. I had never weighed over 160 lbs and always thought I could just eat and do how I liked! So regular diets and exercise programs just weren’t working. I love Zumba because it’s more like dancing than it is exercising! Not to mention, I am now down to 180 lbs! It’s working!!! YES! This is great for those of you looking to lose a few pounds of for those brides to be out there looking to get fit before your wedding day!
