Stress Reliever

I was recently diagnosed with insomnia and it really has messed with my overall health. I have found that listening to relaxing music really helps with my stress and has actually helped me sleep the past three nights (AMAZING!) Even if it’s not to help you sleep and just to help you de-stress start listening to relaxing music. Youtube has a lot of relaxing music videos!
